Grew Sunday children’s program from 5 weekly attenders to 40 weekly attenders in 1 year. Chose new curriculum format, which was more impactful and took less volunteers to support. Managed over 60 volunteers, spanning 3 departments and a $24K budget. Implemented a new scheduling software which allowed greater communication across the entire volunteer staff. Instituted a new Wednesday night children’s program, including recruiting a staff and promoting to families. Coordinated 2 large community outreach events each year, a middle school weekend conference, a children’s musical, and a weeklong Vacation Bible School with 115 children and 53 volunteers.
