At my core, I’m a researcher and advocate for data-driven decision-making with an approachable personality and collegial sense of humor. Thanks to my diverse skill set and broad range of experience, I’m equally comfortable conducting usability tests, programming large-scale surveys, moderating focus groups, running regression analyses, presenting to large audiences, and translating research findings into bite-sized recommendations for executives. I bring personality and passion to my work that inspires others and fosters trust in relationships with stakeholders.I am passionate about creating high quality studies and connecting research insights to the needs, goals, and motivations of my partners whether they are designers, product owners, or executive leaders.    Recent Client Experience:Planned and conducted primary research for client’s internal technology support organization investigating the attitudes, motivations, and behaviors of users. Utilized variety of qualitative methodologies, including 1:1 interviews and focus groups, to meet the scope, goals, and timelines of projects related to client’s multi-year, multi-pronged workforce hybridization initiative. Delivered study reports with key insights and recommendations for partners to affect change and positively impact their products and processes. Partnered with UX designers, UX writers, and product teams to develop and evaluate prototypes and assess the usability of live products.
