About Patrick F. Gibbons
Patrick F. Gibbons, commonly referred to as Pat, is currently an EFA Analyst at Deloitte. At Deloitte, he focuses on Engagement Economics. He spends much of his time building pricing models, managing revenue stream forecasting, and performing risk analysis for premier clients within Deloitte Consulting and Advisory. He previously attended DePaul University in Chicago, graduating Cum Laude from their Finance Honors cohort. He recently moved to Seattle, Washington, where he\'s looking to grow outside of his comfort zone, as he has lived in Chicago his entire life. Pat has grown up surrounded by the Real Estate business, often spending summers shadowing his dad, who owns two real estate companies. He decided to further his involvement in the real estate industry by interning under a commercial real estate broker at The BSC Group, as well as experimenting in apartment rentals with FairGreen Real Estate. Pat expanded his work ethic and applied his schooling as an investment banking analyst intern with Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. It was at BGL where he really honed his skills in the Microsoft office suite, as well as his practical knowledge in financial valuation and corporate financing. Pat also loves to golf and travel across the country. Some of his favorite destinations thus far include hiking in Rainier National Park, walking down Bourbon Street, and visiting the Freedom Tower Memorial and Museum. He spends a lot of time listening to music and podcasts. His most recent listens include Malcolm Gladwell\'s \"Revisionist History\", Dax Shephard\'s \"Armchair Expert\" and the audiobook of \"Just Mercy\" by Bryan Stevenson.
