Over my career, I have had the fortune to work with a group of immensely talented design, user experience, delivery management, client partner and technology professionals. Together, we have worked to craft and deliver hundreds of web experiences for dozens of Fortune clients and government agencies. Our work has and continues to inform, delight, and benefit millions of people.As a technology leader, I have over two decades of experience in enterprise web architecture, and guiding diverse, on- and off-shore, engineering teams, using agile and hybrid software development methodologies. I am passionate about mentoring and advocating for my team and our work; establishing and embracing best-practices; championing a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, continuous learning and overall engineering excellence. From my experience, I have learned how to identify talent, delegate expertise, organize and lead project teams, and pull it all together to deliver exceptional engineering solutions.My project experience spans the spectrum of web technology: front-end to back-end development, ecommerce, marketing and campaign experiences, enterprise CMS, social media integrations. I started my career in web design and UI development and have a strong appreciation for crafting robust, user-centered digital experiences.
