I’m a Vice President of Self-Storage Acquisitions & Development at Third Lake Development, focused on sourcing and executing institutional-quality, ground-up self-storage projects across high-growth U.S. markets.My role centers on identifying well-located development sites, working with brokers, landowners, and municipalities, and partnering with internal teams and capital partners to take projects from concept through execution. I’m particularly focused on multi-story, climate-controlled self-storage in supply-constrained submarkets where execution and location matter more than cheap land.Prior to Third Lake, my background spans commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and capital-facing roles, where I spent years underwriting, structuring, and advancing deals while building strong, long-term relationships across the industry. I’m a U.S. Army veteran, and I bring a disciplined, execution-oriented approach to platform building and deal sourcing.
