Developed Power Platform ETL automation between SQL Server GIS database and Microsoft DataVerse for syncing Mitigation project updates. Design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Geodatabases and ArcGIS Server services. Coordinate the data and development life cycle. Responsible for administering, testing, maintaining, and supporting the DMS Enterprise Geodatabases and SQL Databases in multiple SQL environments. Develop Python scripts supporting DMS Geoprocessing tools and services which enable a streamlined approach for vendors to submit data to DMS standards and specifications. Manage IT Projects specific to DMS collaborating with DMS staff and management, IT staff and management, and vendors. Assess customer needs, develop technical solutions to increase program operating efficiency, and adapt to new requirements. Support the IT project management tasks planned for the DMS Digital Monitoring Application and the DEQ / DMS Flood Resiliency Blueprint Plan.
