From creating teams from scratch to stepping into already established teams, the only thing I look to do is provide support and development to those around me.CIPD Level 5From PR, to Marketing and on to Recruitment, I\'ve sought to experience them all so that I am able to have the relevant experience at whatever I turn my hand to, and have learnt from all industries. The skills for one may not be necessary to be successful in another, but the transferable skills allow for a different view point in each. Having worked in both established companies and for start up companies, I\'m aware of the pressures of both and look to use the pressure to improve my own performance and output, while hopefully allowing those around me to improve their own at the same time.
