   IEM works with government agencies and private sector organizations around the world to improve disaster preparedness, response, recovery and strengthen homeland defense, counter terrorism, public health, cybersecurity, and public agency performance. The team of 1,200 employees work together to build scientific tools and develop data-driven strategies that help our clients achieve measurable results—saving lives, reducing costs, increasing efficiencies, and improving decision making.Working directly with the Chemical Stockpiles Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) as a Senior Planner. I support the Program and Project Managers in daily operations, coordination of activities, and completion of deliverables. Serve as a liaison between FEMA, the U.S. Army, and the CSEPP community. Assist in the revision and review of project documentation, policies, guides, and training doctrine.
