Projects ranged from iOS-native mobile platform, Salesforce-based operational system, automated invoicing, and supporting applications/processes.Leading a small team of Business Analysts, worked with a major Healthcare Technologies service provider in redesigning and replatforming their core operational system into fully web-based technologies and mobile platforms. Responsibilities included leading requirements gathering and documentation, business process reengineering, executing test plans/strategies, and providing change management support to the client throughout their UAT and Deployment phases.Other successfully implemented engagements include the end-to-end management and delivery of an e-commerce enabled public website for a charitable organization and an international dishware vendor, the design and delivery of a custom web-based dashboard reporting tool for an industry leading gold producer, and business process improvement projects for an international retail department store, and a national automobile financing corporation.As a certified Salesforce Administrator and Pardot Consultant, has provided consulting and implementation services to many clients of our Salesforce Practice.
