Develop and execute strategic plans related to high-profile public data releases. • Develop and facilitate biweekly presentations and professional development to education leaders across the state. Provide updates on behalf of the agency regarding state and federal education policy programs. • Create, update, and maintain all OEA resources using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Resources include one-page visual overviews, technical manuals, and virtual training “screencasts.” • Lead strategic outreach campaign to recruit and build Accountability Advisory Group of over 30 stakeholders across the state for accountability report card redesign process. Facilitated engagement with stakeholder groups and public throughout redesign process.• Represent Office of Accountability (OEA) by regularly presenting to DPI senior management (“Cabinet”) on complex education program and agency initiatives. Write and project manage accompanying policy papers and reports in support of such initiatives. • Serve as liaison for state of Wisconsin to US Dept. of Education National Blue Ribbon Schools Awards program. Lead nominations process on behalf of state superintendent. Coordinate and support schools during application process. • Represent Wisconsin as one of two state members of Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) Accountability Systems & Reporting (ASR) State Collaborative on Assessment and Student Standards (SCASS) – a national network of state accountability experts.
