ABOUT PATRICK CERETTI
I am known for perceiving and anticipating future trends and changes that have a significant impact on the activities of the companies I work for. I demonstrate a strong ability to translate these visions into new business opportunities and I can develop with the team new products and services to improve performance and benefits for my employer. Here below are three examples of achievements that I am proud of and that have brought real benefits to the companies I have worked for. As early as 1993, development of a real-time intranet and extranet-based operational and maintenance information exchange tool (ROMIS) that enabled Régional Airlines to be recognized as European Airline Company of the Year in 1995 by the ERA (European Regions Airline Association). Development and implementation of a service for repair activities and an equipment exchange program (Pool) for commercial and business aircraft. This Pool activity has generated more than $1 billion in revenue in less than 20 years, while improving customer satisfaction and increasing the attractiveness of Embraer\'s aircraft. My final challenge was to change the mindset of Pratt & Whitney engineers towards new electrical technologies in future aircraft applications. The actions I undertook helped to raise awareness and explain the upcoming changes and their impacts, to define the new challenges they represent for the business model, and to establish the strategy and short- medium- and long-term development plans for the company and the group. I am happy to say that I enjoy being an \"idea shaker\" and I know how to transform these ideas into innovative services or products. I am responsible, committed, loyal and have always made a positive contribution to the development of the companies I have worked for. My involvement and results have always been recognized by my hierarchy and at the highest level of the company.
