My work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership behavior, and organizational capability…where performance is actually delivered.Earlier in my career, I led large-scale operational, cultural, and leadership transformations at companies including Schneider Electric, Sun Microsystems, and MCI. This included a global sales transformation that increased annual revenue from €5B to €9B by reshaping the operating model, rebuilding sales capability, and coaching leaders through the behavioral shifts required for success. I’ve worked with leaders from more than 40 countries and lived in France while designing global leadership programs that prepared over 1,500 executives to lead digital transformations across mature and emerging markets.Today, I focus on executive coaching and organizational and team development, helping leaders step into new roles, navigate complexity, and lead effectively through change. I’ve coached executives and senior leaders across energy management, telecom, software, healthcare, and pharmaceutical research, spanning functions including sales, technology, marketing, HR, supply chain, and strategy.My coaching style is pragmatic, business-focused, and grounded in real operating experience.
