The Integration Solutions department aimed to deliver all steps of the climate action journey to customers via API. As an Integration Solution consultant I acted as a human interface between external as well as internal stakeholders and our engineering team. In more detail my tasks were the following: • Consult international customers on our integration product features • Design customer specific carbon footprint calculations in collaboration with the research team • Implement customer focused integration projects within a cross-functional teams • Maintain and further develop customer integrations • Enable Sales colleagues to successfully pitch our integration products • Design and implement team-focused agile project management • Design and implement internal workflows within MS Dynamics (CRM) • Conceptualize a curriculum to train colleagues on the integration product features
