He brought authenticity and personality to sports broadcasting in a way that felt both natural and powerful. That influence shaped how I think about communication today: clear, human and rooted in connection.Today I lead internal communications strategy supporting the supply chain and technology organizations at Lowe’s, helping connect our associates to the priorities and progress of these organizations. My work focuses on executive messaging, enterprise storytelling, and communication programs that help leaders translate strategy into something people understand and act on.One example is Chain Reaction, a monthly video series I produce highlighting the work happening across Lowe’s supply chain organization. The series connects associates to the broader direction of the business and was nationally recognized by the Ragan Zenith Awards.Earlier in my career, I led owner and franchisee communications across North America at Marriott International, supporting major initiatives spanning digital transformation, finance, and guest experience across Marriott’s full service brand portfolio.My goal is simple: tell the story of where an organization is going and help people see how they’re part of it.
