   The Director of IT Ops and Service Delivery reports directly to the CIO, responsible for the delivery of IT services to over 200 locations worldwide and a user base of nearly Leading a global Service Delivery team, this role defines the strategic direction for the “RUN” organization, which is comprised of Network, Voice, Infrastructure, Messaging & Collaboration, End User Compute and Service Desk. The success of the RUN team is the result of a Service Provider Management discipline that drives the business outcomes required to meet the contractual obligations, build collaborative relationship across all service providers and IT towers, hold service providers accountable for meeting SLA’s and performing financial reviews to ensure penalties and credits are assessed based on performance. Responsible for driving continuous improvements to support the digital transformation, cloud first strategies of the IT’s Digital COE. Accountable for managing a 20M capital and expense budget to meet IT department & Corporate finance goals. Responsible for asset and inventory management of, 7900 end point devices and over network and infrastructure devices, to create accurate spend forecast on a quarterly basis. Leverage capacity management to forecast growth in all areas of the RUN team. Accountable for securing all IT assets through a disciplined vulnerability management program in conjunction with the IT Cyber Security department. Maintaining uptime service levels, and daily reporting of key performance metrics on all operational aspects of the production landscapes for all business units.
