About Patrick Bellon
I am currently a Project Manager for Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division. After negotiating with sellers, ensuring financial metrics are compelling, and putting land under contract, I oversee the day-to-day process of zoning, land-use, environmental, and site plan approvals for land deals using a strong network of architects, engineers, and lawyers. To date, I have overseen the approvals process for 12+ sites, spanning over 1800+ units, in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Previously, I worked at Lennar as a Land Analyst and at Resia for 2 years as an Acquisitions Analyst, where I worked alongside associates to create financial models and analyze markets in southeast Florida, Georgia, and Texas. I am a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics with minors in Finance and French.
