I am a Tech Lead in the Checkout Experience India team, building the next generation of checkout experience for 10M users. Youtube - SimSim - Post Purchase Tech Lead SimSim, a video-based e-commerce platform in India, was acquired by Google in 2021. I work in the Consumer division, leading the Post Purchase customer experience. Callback Support Designed and delivered callback support for CX, with a CSAT score of 93%. The overall CSAT saw an uptick of 5-6% after the launch of Callback. Address Management v2 Designed and delivered a modern address management system for CX using the Google Maps platform. Order conversation increased by 9% after the launch of the new experience. Privacy - Data Deletion Built and released the user-initiated data deletion process for SimSim.
