I am a video games, immersive experiences and entertainment executive with deep experience leading creative teams and studios that build compelling, innovative and profitable products. My expertise includes nascent product development and building, leading and advocating for development teams with disparate and foundational skillsets. I am recognized for leading the creation and development of several highly successful franchises that garnered critical acclaim as well as continuing to generate strong metrics. I excel at fostering trusted relationships with external partners, including Apple and Google. Product Innovation: I drove major, revenue generating innovations for the hidden object genre with Mystery Case Files and with card and Free-to-Play games, including the hugely successful Fairway Solitaire franchise. Strategic Leadership: Building upon early success, I lead the groundwork for company pivots into mobile, Free to Play and a large scale publishing effort. Operations Excellence: I successfully transitioned a successful casual PC premium studio into an even more profitable mobile Free to Play studio while developing and fostering deep partnerships with Apple and Google including securing multiple Editors’ Choice game launches. Team Building: Establishing a director level leadership team, I helped build multiple game teams allowing for ongoing growth and scalability resulting in a successful, top-tier casual game studio. I was also an integral part of several studio acquisitions and follow-on growth, including setting up a successful studio in Vancouver, B.C. The Self Aware Game\'s acquisition by Big Fish was partially driven by their founders respect for the depth and quality of Fairway Solitaire.
