I developed a binding architecture specification (Wirkungsprofil) as an essential contribution to the system architecture of a maritime Defence programme, based on NAFv4 and UAF-DMM — serving as the authoritative architecture baseline for all service owners. This includes a proprietary methodology for modelling containerised platform architectures within the NAFv4 Physical Layer viewpoints, which currently has no equivalent in the ADMBw ecosystem- Ownership of architecture governance and quality assurance for multiple maritime services within a security-critical Defence programme- Steering and harmonisation of service and system architectures across multiple units and stakeholder levels- Ensuring consistent architecture artefacts and decision foundations along the full architecture chain (Capability → Service → Function → Resource) based on UAF-DMM- Close alignment with service owners and delivery structures (PU/PO-adjacent) to ensure implementation of architecture target states- Translation of architecture directives into implementable structures in collaboration with development and operations in regulated environments- Methodological integration of containerised platform environments (Kubernetes, Docker/Podman) into existing system and operational architectures based on NAFv4 Physical Layer viewpointsE- volution of architecture principles and target models within complex Defence system landscapes

Enterprise & Solution Architect im Defence-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Architektur-Governance, Interoperabilität und die durchgängige Absicherung komplexer IT-Systemlandschaften (u. a. Bundeswehr, BWI, BAAINBw, NATO).Ich übernehme Verantwortung in Programmen, in denen Architektur, Betrieb und Fachlichkeit nicht sauber ineinandergreifen – mit dem Ziel, belastbare und entscheidungsfähige Architekturgrundlagen zu schaffen.Aktuell tätig in Architekturmandaten im BWI- und maritimen Defence-Umfeld (GMN2) mit Schwerpunkt auf Architekturqualität, Governance-Strukturen sowie der methodischen Einordnung containerisierter Plattformumgebungen (Kubernetes, Docker/Podman) in bestehende System- und Betriebsarchitekturen auf Basis der NAFv4 Physical-Layer-Sichten.Mein methodischer Schwerpunkt liegt auf ADMBw, NAFv4 und dem UAF Domain Meta Model (UAF-DMM). Ich arbeite an der durchgängigen Nachvollziehbarkeit von Architekturentscheidungen — von der Capability über den Service und die Funktion bis zur konkreten Ressource und Software — und stelle sicher, dass diese Kette modelliert, dokumentiert und im Betrieb prüfbar ist.Ergänzend bringe ich Erfahrung aus multinationalen NATO-Gremien (ACaT, FMN CPWG) mit, in denen ich an der Entwicklung und Abstimmung interoperabler Architekturmodelle (NAFv4 ↔ ArchiMate) sowie der Weiterentwicklung des FMN Spiral Development Prozesses beteiligt war. Meine Architekturarbeit erfolgt durchgängig im Rahmen des V-Modell XT Bw und CPM.Durch meine Erfahrung als Consultant, Product Manager, Product Owner und Solution Architect bewege ich mich sicher im Spannungsfeld zwischen Strategie, Fachbereichen und technischer Umsetzung und sorge für konsistente, umsetzbare Architekturentscheidungen.Ich übernehme Verantwortung in Situationen, in denen Architekturentscheidungen unklar sind, Strukturen nicht greifen oder Programme an Konsistenz verlieren — und überführe diese in tragfähige, abgestimmte und revisionssichere Service- und Systemarchitekturen.
