ABOUT PATRICK WORTHINGTON

I am an autonomous, hands-on marketing expert, with over a decade of experience working in roles that utilise the full marketing mix, working closely with sales, business development and customer service teams. I am a passionate business and marketing strategist, and thrive when solving challenges, looking for innovating and creative ways to improve and showcase the organisations that I work for; I have an eye for detail, curious and constantly looking how to improve process to drive positive business change. I am sociable and a good listener, but down to Earth and level-headed, consistently demonstrating a diplomatic stance when dealing with all levels within the business, clients and customers, and not afraid to positively challenge with suggestions and solutions; I always find myself being a central part of an organisation, with people confiding and approaching me as they know I will take their ideas forward, and manage situations sensitively – joining dots and creating collaboration throughout organisations.I have a real passion to not just do my role, but to play wider part in developing any organisation I work for, and to be involved in the more social aspects of working life – living and believing that sometimes you have to muck in when you are needed! I am a huge believer in common sense and logic when it comes to tackling any task, and I am often asked to be a sounding board from all areas of the business (even those outside of my remit).
