ABOUT PATRICK WOODS
As a third generation leader of a family business, succeeding my father as MD, my task is learning from the success and experience he has gained over 60 years of leadership and how he has built Linwoods into the company it is today and strive to make it even better. However, other than try to fill his shoes (which I never could) a wise man once suggested to me “bring your own shoes”I view my role as a facilitator of our fantastic team at Linwoods. Having painted the picture of our vision for the future it is my responsibility to assist each of the team to succeed in their role and help the company achieve success. Outside of work, I am married to Laura and have two children, Aoife and Ruairí. I am a keen runner and I am passionate about all things GAA.
