   What makes Sage Network & Communications unique is that beyond IT Support and Consulting practice, we are a CLEC and able to provide voice and data circuits, and hosted (cloud-based) VoIP solutions. We merged with WIP Communications in 2017 and now able to provide Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, Video Surveillance and Digital Signage solutions. WIP has a great reputation for the quality of the work they do as we\'ve partnered with them for over 10 years for these services and we are excited to have them part of the Sage family.Our larger clients like the fact that Sage works on the wholesale channel with the major carriers (e.g. AT & T) so that we can provide best in class circuits and WAN designs and save them from having to deal with the carriers directly as Sage provides the customer and technical support and billing. The trifecta we are able to provide is top quality circuits, great service and competitive rates.Our smaller clients like that they can outsource some or all of their IT support to Sage knowing they only need to make one call if they are having any IT issues, regardless if it is with the network, applications, internet connection or phone system as we have capability for monitoring the health of their systems, end-to-end so they can focus on running their operations, trusting that their IT needs are proactively being taken care of 24/7. Our hosted VoIP solution includes High Definition (HD) Voice and has all the capabilities of a premise-based phone system at a significant cost savings. What makes Sage unique is that we have local support that is available to come onsite for troubleshooting any issues and our system comes with unlimited support for as long as you\'re a customer.
