Results-driven and detail-oriented HR Data Analytics Manager for Intermountain Health. Over twenty years of experience working with caregivers and customers to provide reporting and data solutions using enterprise-scale applications, reporting tools and HR/Payroll data. Excited for the continued industry focus on data analytics. Healthcare is in the midst of reorienting to more effectively use data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, among other tools, to maintain focus on providing the best care and outcomes possible at the most affordable cost.
