Provides senior management with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.Serves as lead representative, project officer, or comparable position for administration of contracts, grants, or a comprehensive, multi-organization cooperative agreement.Manages evaluation sections of the agency budget and various Departmental and executive evaluation reports, i.e, the HHS Annual Performance Plan and Report, HHS Evaluation database, OMB reports, and ONDCP reports, etc.Coordinates high level, collaborative projects with other internal and/or external organizations to meet broad agency goals.Designs and oversees evaluation projects, including conceptualizing rigorous evaluations; developing statements of work; actively collaborating on all aspects of evaluations.Analyzes existing or proposed systems, strategies, services, or other health-related matters for long range implementation and administration of the program. Designs, conducts, and prepares evaluative reports on new and existing initiatives and to recommend effective operations consistent with overall program objectives.
