1. Project Lead - School Partnerships for Wellbeing

   I co-lead our School Partnerships for Wellbeing initiative end to end, blending consulting, training, and hands-on coaching with strategic oversight to empower educators and youth-serving staff. I oversee program development and ongoing refinements. I stay current on best practices, model one-on-one support, and facilitate site-team meetings that weave in behavior management, compassion resilience, equity, mental health, and SEL. I build and nurture relationships with education and youth-serving leaders and student support staff to advance our mission. I represent the project at statewide partnerships and conferences, and amplify our work through social media posts and blogs. Together with community partners, I co-design engaging learning experiences for educators.To guide project evaluation, I coordinate evaluation methods—survey distribution, data tracking, and collaboration with external evaluators and school support staff. I craft clear progress reports for internal leaders and external funders, keeping everyone aligned on milestones and impact. Internally, I manage expenses and reimbursements, uphold department policies, communicate goals, demonstrate measurable outcomes, and promote both department objectives and the broader mission of Rogers Behavioral Health. Through this blend of project management, partnership building, content creation, evaluation, and organizational stewardship, I ensure School Partnerships for Wellbeing delivers evidence-based, scalable support that empowers educators and strengthens student well-being.
