My principal role is Operations Director within the Location Intelligence Group. I have responsibility across three areas of software development & delivery, consultancy and support:1. InSite Solutions Group – A talented group of multi-discipline individuals building bespoke databases, providing training and support and delivering consultancy all using our GIS market analysis system, InSite, which does amazing things with data.2. Logistics Solutions Group - A specialist team of logistics experts delivering our Logistics and Supply Chain software, Truckstops and Optisite, alongside specialist data products for the logistics industry.3. Field Force Planning – The client services team specialise in providing solutions to the field marketing industry. They are adept at building efficient territories and optimising routes and calls anywhere in the world. They also provide support to those clients who licence the FFP and/or Callsmart software in house.Additionally I also contribute to our new product development which entails listening and responding to client issues and future strategies to ensure that the products we develop are appropriate and add value wherever they are used.
