ABOUT PATRICK SPENCER
During my 30+ year professional career, sustainable business practices have been the core of my business ethics. After moving to Oregon, I took the position of Sustainability Coordinator for Willamette Valley Vineyards and helped to create Cork ReHarvest, the first natural cork recycling program in North America. Through the efforts and success of Cork ReHarvest, the Cork Forest Conservation Alliance,(CFCA) was founded in 2008. The CFCA is the only 501c3 in North America, whose sole mission is to preserve and protect the Mediterranean cork forests. Specialties: Public speaking, forest conservation, nonprofit leadership, business development, event coordination.
