My career\'s focus has been to simplify the education on how benefits can be strategic, and use these strategies to optimize business goals. My strength lies in developing relations with client partners and carriers to help both local and national companies solve employees’ meaningful problems. My personal goal is to strive for inclusive and equitable conversations both in and out of the workplace. We direct ourselves to solve business problems but not at the sake of forgoing ethics.
