Identified early retirement eligibility for DRP participants, provided critical employee duty station location data, initiated Federal Personnel and Payroll System clean up taskers along with eOPF record clean up requirements, resulted in 30,566 data elements reviewed for accuracy withing the system.• Facilitated acquisition of “Suicide Prevention Training for Managers” course – procured 260 instructional contact hours at industry low cost of $162.50 per hour of instructional delivery; potential cost savings estimated at $13,522 per attempted prevented.• Delivered customized performance management instruction for 120 supervisors, employing a hybrid learning approach accommodating varied schedules and widely dispersed audiences
