Engagement and delivery lead for Luxury Resort Company in an effort comprised of over two-dozen resources to integrate multiple data sources, normalize (MDM), and consolidate (CDW) customer data and present to users in a foundational CRM (Salesforce). Worked daily with CIO and other executives/ directors to ensure progress throughout the engagement while strategizing next steps of the Digital Transformation. Led broad-based technology assessment for Luxury Resort Company, analyzing every facet of the business from operations to hospitality management and beyond to develop a maturity score and next best steps for improving the client\'s capabilities and to outline their future-state Digital Transformation strategy. Program lead overseeing a multi-business unit initiative to expand Loyalty Program benefits of a Global Hospitality Company. Worked across both business and IT groups from Director to Senior Executive levels, in both the US and Internationally, to help shape the direction of the program, build the necessary capabilities, and ultimately train and launch the benefit - all the while providing appropriate updates to stakeholders. Led both iOS and Android development & design teams to develop a new mobile application for Global Cruise Client focused on realizing a completely new sales channel for the client. Held end-to-end responsibility for the product with key tasks including feature discovery and prioritization, UX/UI design, technical architecture design, and application build and test. Led a collection of developments teams (onshore & offshore) aimed at designing and developing Global Cruise Client’s new payment and folio management system with accepted forms of payment including cash, credit card, and PayPal. Core tasks included custom payment platform development, processor integration and testing as well as folio design, build, and integration.
