As a lecturer at VHS Cologne, I design and deliver the seminar “Application Training – From Job Search to Successful Job Interviews.” In this role, I support participants in navigating every step of the application process: from identifying suitable job opportunities and sharpening their professional profile to crafting compelling application documents and preparing for job interviews.In my sessions, I work with participants on real job ads, CVs and cover letters, and we practice typical and challenging interview situations through exercises and role plays. My focus is on helping them present themselves confidently and authentically, understand what employers are really looking for, and translate their strengths and experiences into clear, convincing messages.Upcoming courses (in German, VHS
