Prior to starting in the real estate industry, Patrick graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in real estate and housing. He then went on and joined a large commercial real estate brokerage working in both the industrial and retail divisions before moving to Colliers. Patrick is now a Vice President and has worked alongside Evan Truman and Michael Massing since he joined Colliers in 2012. They have since added an additional member, Jason Isfeld, to the now Truman, Massing, Sailer, Isfeld team, and focus solely on the Calgary and Greater Calgary Area industrial markets. This team has been involved with over $540 million in sales transactions, totaling over square feet sold, and over $449 million in lease transactions, totaling over square feet leased. Patrick and his team have in-depth knowledge and experience in leasing and sales and can service any and all aspects of their clients’ real estate needs.
