I have enjoyed working in the civil, structural, and BIM/GIS areas of several Engineering disciplines. Those previous roles included Designer, 3d digital modeler, Civil Engineering Tech, CAD Manager, IT assistant, and survey instrument operater and rodman. Those positions were in the gas distribution/transmission, LNG plant, structural steel and concrete, surveying, high voltage electrical transmission, and fiber optics industries. Those areas have involved design, acquiring regulatory permits, field info gathering to office conversion, creating IFC drawings and as-built documentation. I currently specialize in terrestrial reality capture, point cloud solid extraction onto geolocated positioning, GIS-related asset management, property line and r-o-w delineations, and long-distance linear utility projects. On the administrative side, I have delivered CAD training, created CAD instruction documentation, contributed to IT-related efforts and troubleshooting software and hardware, and also worked with applying client-driven QA/QC systems.

   Civil and structural design in the LNG/Energy field using Civil 3d, Autoturn, and Cadworx Structure. Laser scan acquisition and registration, point cloud creation, and 3d model extraction. Laser scans items performed with Faro Scene and Faro As-Built, Leica Register 360, ClearEdge Edgewise, Autocad Civil 3D, Recap, and Navisworks. Map creation consisted of QGIS, ArcMap and Autocad Map3D.
