I lead WTW’s Alert:24 Risk Advisory team, delivering intelligence, consulting, and training solutions that help organizations identify, understand, and manage security, geopolitical, and operational risks, while building robust capacity for incident and crisis response.Working within Willis’s Crisis Management division (covering Kidnap & Ransom, Terrorism, Active Assailant, Piracy, BTA/A&H, and Contingency insurance), we support clients in treating these risks and strengthening operational resilience. Our work spans WTW’s global client base, including 95% of the FTSE 100 and 93% of the Fortune 500, across industries and geographies.I manage a multi-national team of analysts, project managers, and security and resilience practitioners based in Asia, Europe, and the US. My responsibilities include business performance, growth strategy, stakeholder engagement, sales, delivery, and insights, while remaining hands-on in key engagements such as specialist training, geopolitical risk analysis, and complex consulting projects.I also lead content development for webinars, conferences, insight reports, and thought leadership for WTW’s 1M+ LinkedIn audience, focusing on geopolitical risk, terrorism, maritime and aviation security, and travel risk management. Externally, I contribute to industry standards and working groups through ASIS, IRM, and BSI/ISO committees.
