About Patrick R. Porter

Somehow I’ve spent 25+ years in the consulting business, working in a variety of sales and leadership roles. My focus has been on the data & analytics space, across many different industries and applications. This ultimately led me to Lighthouse, where our Information Governance team focuses on providing solutions around eDiscovery, Compliance, Records Management, Defensible Data Remediation, and other fun topics within the Venn diagram of legal and technology issues. I’m fascinated by the opportunities and challenges around data in the modern world.Prior to joining Lighthouse I worked at Allyis, a web technology consulting and staffing firm, and at Piraeus/Beyondsoft where I helped establish and expand the data & analytics practice. I specifically enjoy the problem-solving aspects of consulting and solution selling. Constantly learning new things and working with high-integrity people are my highest priorities in professional life. As a lifelong musician, songwriter and performer, one of the things I value the most is to use my professional energy and acumen in the service of creative endeavors. I love working with creative people, and setting them up to succeed wherever and whenever I can. I might even get to be one myself once in a while.
