Currently deployed at the Department of Children & Families, I oversee and manage a team of 8+ Human Resources Generalists, ensuring seamless HR operations and organizational success. My responsibilities include advising agency leadership on HR policies, organizational structure, job classification, and talent management while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.I collaborate with agency leadership to align HR strategies with broader organizational goals, proactively identifying emerging HR needs through data analysis and strategic planning. I also lead efforts to improve technological solutions within HR, researching and implementing new tools to enhance business practices.In addition, I drive employee and labor relations initiatives, fostering positive working relationships with managers, bargaining unit representatives, and other key stakeholders.
