I am a highly skilled Contracting Specialist with nearly twenty years of experience in Cost Reconciliation, Invoice Management and Contract Closeout for Fixed Price Contracts, Cost Plus Contracts, and T&M Contracts. As a Contracting Specialist I have recovered tens of thousands of dollars in expiring funds for government clients and have reduced closeout backlogs for those clients by the hundreds of contracting actions. In addition to my contract closeout experience, I have used my skills as a sustainability specialist to respond to grant RFPs for solar energy projects based on local government sustainability plans while serving as an industry point of contact.
