About Patrick Oh
I love listening to people\'s experiences and ideas. For the last 25+ years I\'ve collaborated with a diverse group of stakeholders and backgrounds in numerous mission-driven organizations. Although I\'ve been programming since the 6th grade, our mission-driven space requires holistic approaches that weave organizational strategy, operations, and technology to scale and sustain. Below are some of things I\'ve been working on recently: • Developing multi-year organizational strategies including IT & product roadmaps to sell services or products directly responsible for generating revenue. • Build executive sponsorship and assimilate/align programs into larger strategic organization goals within integrated healthcare delivery systems, academic research, municipal and state environments. • Turn around under-performing teams and install management systems including but not limited to LEAN, Agile to build and sustain. • Architect electronic health records and application as a service model for organizations. • Develop analytics program for a $160M value-based. pay-for-performance Medicaid waiver.
