ABOUT PATRICK ONEILL

I am a business development and account management specialist tasked with identifying, securing and growing new and existing business relationships / opportunities across various industries and sectors; in line with the Sales Growth and Account Development Strategy. A disciplined and proactive individual with the ability to relate to a variety of people and environments to achieve a wide range of business plans. My experience has been gained during a career of progressive and ongoing development in not only Security, but the IT and Retail industries from Business Development / Sales Management to Regional and National Strategic Account Manager level, requiring strong leadership/man management skills and the ability to communicate, present and negotiate at all levels. I enjoy dynamic multi-task roles which require attention to detail, innovative solution design/selling, decision making and colleague/client interaction. A willingness to learn and develop new skills, job satisfaction through achievement and an outgoing personality are some of my main qualities. I have a proven track record in designing and developing innovative cost effective solutions for a wide range of clients and sectors. I enjoy maximising all relevant/available company resources/capabilities and focusing them on a client\'s specific needs to create sustainable solutions and partnerships.
