About Patrick Oneil

I achieved my BSBA from Christopher Newport University in 2020. Following graduation, I became a certified Human Resources Manager with the United States Department of the Navy. Between these life events, I developed a strong base in business law, employee relations, and personnel management. After leaving Navy, I supported the HR and Recruiting efforts for a company within industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, I built out the recruiting process and handled interviewing, hiring, workforce management, and employee training. I also worked with the sales side of the house - driving over $1M in revenue for the company. I am well-versed in the federal procurement and contract capture process. Skillsets gained in this role include sales tact, professional writing, honed presentation ability, and an adept understanding of purchasing and business structures. On my own, I achieved an MBA from LSU with a concentration in Data Analytics. Around this time I also made the decision to pursue a job where I could help protect the warfighter. I have joined DCSA to accomplish exactly that. Security professional: SFPC, ISOC, SAPPC, FSO certified.
