Since joining Skyscanner I have lead the E2E design and release of our first AI chatbot on iOS and Android. I established UX principles around navigation and interaction, created a UI kit from scratch and worked with content design to create an experience that was fluid, human and intuitive.I have also lead the design on a couple of new features for our App\'s home screen that ladder up to a broader product strategy around personalisation.
