Patrick O’Halloran, J.D, brings a wide variety of industry experience to his role as a Partner at Bell Oaks. He believes in a consultative approach to searches that fosters meaningful relationships with clients and candidates for a truly unique fit.Before joining the Bell Oaks team, Patrick was the Principal of Recruiting at Fusion CXO. Using his legal and commercial real estate background, he provides a unique perspective for approaching searches, both in the selection of potential candidates and presentations to clients. Patrick firmly believes in the power of building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike and feels the search process is more than just finding qualified individuals; it’s about finding the best fit for both parties.His experiences include placing leadership roles in Manufacturing, Building Materials and Professional Services among many others.He has also helped facilitate the sale and merger of a professional services firm.Patrick hails from Tallahassee, Florida, and has lived in the Atlanta area for 20+ years. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Barry University. When not spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two young boys, he enjoys tennis, the great outdoors, and sports of all kinds. Patrick and his family are active members of Johns Creek Presbyterian Church.
