About Patrick Norrell

Patrick Norrell is an international development professional with 26 years of experience in both field implementation and home office oversight of agriculture and agribusiness programs, as well as the full new business cycle, from capture strategy to proposal writing. He most recently served as SVP of ACDI/VOCA’s Inclusive Market Systems division. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA, Patrick served as director of Tetra Tech\'s Agriculture and Economic Growth practice, based in Burlington, Vermont. Previously, Patrick worked more than 14 years for CNFA. Beginning in the field and serving as COP in Ukraine and Georgia, Patrick later moved to the home office as CNFA\'s Vice President for Program Development, leading the organization’s strategic growth through new business development, marketing and communications, and talent acquisition. In addition, he served as Input Supply Practice Lead, managing and providing ongoing technical assistance to CNFA’s worldwide portfolio of input supply and farm service programs, including activities in Bangladesh, Ethiopia and Georgia.
