Expertise in all aspects of critical care including ventilator management, brain drains, ICP monitoring, CRRT, hemodynamic management including arterial lines, swan ganz lines, drip management, immediate recovery of transplant patients direct from the OR, management of sepsis, respiratory, liver and kidney failure along with comorbidity management. Proficient in time management, critical thinking skills, the ability to work autonomously, prioritizing, accurate reporting to physicians, while relying on gut instinct to obtain interventions for the patients. Types of patient cared for included transplant, vascular and major abdominal surgery, stroke, and neurosurgery patients. Functioned as both bedside RN and charge nurse for Transplant/Surgical and Neuro ICU.
