As a linguist, researcher, and educator with 13 years of experience, I bring a unique blend of analytical and cross-cultural expertise to roles in curriculum design, content strategy, and language preservation. I’m looking to contribute to mission-driven organizations that value innovative learning solutions, research-backed insights, and cross-functional collaboration.Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated proficiency in curriculum development, academic publishing, and language documentation. My PhD in Linguistics focused on acoustic phonetics and language preservation, leading to published research and project work with indigenous communities, including the Gila River Indian Community and the Kawaiisu Language & Cultural Center. This experience strengthened my skills in project management, cross-cultural communication, and quantitative and qualitative research.At the University of Arizona and the University of Central Arkansas, I led undergraduate courses and developed engaging, accessible curriculum materials for diverse audiences. My expertise in technical editing, particularly in academic and cross-cultural contexts, includes a recent project editing A Panoramic View of the Song Dynasty Through the Lens of the Shipbuilding Industry.I’m excited to bring my commitment to clear communication, attention to detail, and analytical approach to a role where I can support impactful projects, from educational design to content development and beyond.
