I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, regulations and IT-Law, with a high degree of specialization for banking and finance related topics.At Capgemini Germany, I serve as Legal Counsel on the Business Legal Team (responsible for Financial Services), advising on technology transactions, complex contract negotiations and legal operations. As a dual Subject Matter Expert for AI and Cybersecurity, I build AI agents for contract review, develop rapid prototypes for legal workflows and design prompts tailored to lawyers’ specific needs. My conviction: AI doesn’t and can’t replace lawyers but it gives them better tools to focus on the judgment-intensive work that truly requires human expertise.As Of Counsel at Planit Legal, a specialized IT law boutique in Hamburg, I help clients navigate EU digital regulations including NIS2, DORA, the AI Act and the Data Act.
