Lead team of up to 220 personnel and direct inspection, maintenance and repair of fleet of up to 10 C-130 aircraft valued at $770M. Manage diverse military organizations including hydraulics, electrical/environmental, fuel cells, egress, sheet metal and non-destructive inspections. Analyze flying hour schedule, prioritize daily maintenance tasks, build production schedule and allocate personnel, equipment and supply resources in order to balance the health of the fleet to meet operational needs of the pilot.Directed all maintenance operations for 3 diverse sections with 145 technicians supporting backshop structural maintenance, fabrication, corrosion control and non-destructive inspections (NDI) of fleet of 10 C-130, 15 HH-60 and 46 A-10 aircraft.
