ABOUT PATRICK MILLER
I am passionate about the role transportation plays in making cities and regions vibrant, prosperous, and sustainable. My experiences span project directorship/leadership on complex strategy, structured decision making, and business case development across a wide range of transit policies and infrastructure programs. I primarily work with large public sector agencies involved in planning, regulating, and delivering transit across all modes. Throughout my work in Canada, Japan, the USA, Mexico, the UK, and Zambia I have developed a global mindset, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and a thorough awareness of key issues shaping transport planning and the role of transport in urban and regional development. My career spans professional, academic, and non-profit sectors where I have developed a range of leadership, problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.
