My primary focus was to manage and shape the technical roadmap, with a strong emphasis on optimizing Azure and cross-cloud environments for greater scalability, reliability, and security.Key Responsibilities and Achievements- Cloud Enablement: Supported the cloud enablement and optimization of a business unit, ensuring 18 teams (~200 personnel) leveraged Azure services effectively for both operational and development needs- Technical Roadmap Leadership: Managed and proposed the unit’s technical roadmap, incorporating cross-cloud solutions that enhanced scalability, reliability, and security, while aligning with business goals- PoC Leadership: Led proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, ensuring that cross-team collaboration was streamlined and that architectural standards and best practices were adhered to across the organization- Cost Optimization: Delivered a detailed cost analysis and reduction strategy with potential cost savings of up to 66%, providing short, medium, and long-term recommendations that optimized the program’s financial performance without compromising service quality- Technical Debt Reduction: Reduced architectural technical debt through domain-driven design principles, enabling more efficient development processes and fostering better collaboration among 220 employees, while laying a solid foundation for future scalability.My contributions have driven innovation, improved cloud infrastructure, and fostered continuous improvement across the entire program, ensuring the teams are well-equipped to tackle future challenges in a scalable and cost-effective manner.
