Initial period onsite at Prestwick to determine most effective method of working given significant amount and continuous change of data (i.e. A350 ongoing modifications). Achievement as credited by Spirit for teams’ performance in transforming their relationship with Expleo Group, helping to open up new opportunities with Spirit in the US.• : Bombardier/GKN Delegated Approver with 12 months primarily onsite (Cowes) supporting Global Rudder & Elevator Certification analysis and composite/metallic stress dossier compilation. Critical test case update, test witnessing and results investigation. Various studies completed. Metallic analysis tools reviewed and significantly overhauled.[This was a continuation of previous role]• : Placement at Spirit Prestwick supporting various Airbus SA Scope+ initiatives to improve build rate/save reoccurring cost incl. Flap Track Beam & Over Wing Panel redesigns. Reviewed preliminary work & assessed steps to achieve certification• : Provided technical expertise in the compilation of multiple proposals for both design stress and concessions offloads. Familiar with creation of proposals, review and understanding of RFQ/RFI/RFP, SOW, etc.• : Stress Engineer tasked with providing technical expertise for the development of the Assyst-ME tool in conjunction with Mosquito Digital (Manchester).
